INFORMATION & RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in and check-out are available every day.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out is before 10 a.m.
A deposit of €600 is required via credit card authorization on the day of your arrival.
The accommodation includes all linens (bath towels, bed linens, bath mats, and dish towels). Beach towels are available free of charge upon request. We change the sheets and towels every week during our cleaning visits.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of more than 7 nights. This service is free of charge and is typically performed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., depending on our availability.
An additional cleaning service is available upon request for €120 per 8-person apartment. You must request this service at least 48 hours in advance, and we will provide it between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, subject to availability.
We include end-of-stay cleaning in the rate.
On the day of departure, please take out the trash and run the dishwasher. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
Any damage, breakage, theft, or failure to return the apartment in an acceptable condition may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Breakfast is available as an optional extra for €15 per day, per person. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor, daily from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Parking spaces are available as an optional extra for €15 per day per car. Parking will be available starting July 31.
The visitor's tax is included in the rate.
Pets are not allowed.
Barbecues and griddles are not permitted.
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- IMPORTANT: Access to the parking lot is via Jean Jaurès Street. To minimize noise pollution, this street is closed to traffic every evening from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- If you haven't reserved a parking space or if you're arriving between 8:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., we recommend parking at the Santa Catalina parking lot, located 250 meters from the residence.

San Petru is committed to sustainability through the implementation of numerous concrete measures aimed at reducing its environmental impact, conserving resources, and raising customer awareness of responsible practices.
To reduce energy consumption, the accommodations are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. As part of our energy-saving efforts, we ask our valued guests to please close the windows and sliding glass doors when the air conditioning is running.
Special attention is given to waste management and raising visitors’ awareness. Dual-compartment trash cans are provided in each apartment to facilitate waste sorting. In addition, designated recycling collection points are located in the immediate vicinity of the residence to make it easier for guests to sort their waste. Information on eco-friendly habits and best environmental practices is also made available to them.
The cleaning products used in the residence are selected with environmental sustainability in mind and hold recognized certifications such as the European Ecolabel and the FSC label.
The facility also prioritizes the use of digital materials to reduce paper consumption. Check-in information, the residence’s welcome guide, and the instruction manuals for household appliances are all available in digital format.
In an effort to promote the region and support the local economy, the residence showcases local producers and businesses. Gift baskets filled exclusively with products from local producers are offered to guests through a partnership with a local shop specializing in regional products. Breakfast also features Corsican specialties and local products to introduce guests to the region’s expertise and flavors.
Finally, the residence encourages more responsible travel by informing its guests about a free electric shuttle that stops near the residence, allowing them to get around the city in an eco-friendly way. In addition, we prioritize recommending nearby attractions and activities that are within walking distance.
All of these initiatives demonstrate the establishment’s commitment to more responsible tourism, balancing a high-quality stay with environmental conservation and the promotion of the Corsican region.
